3. Legal basis for data processing

• Insofar as we obtain consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

• When processing special categories of personal data, we additionally rely on a legal basis pursuant to Art. 9 (2) DSGVO.

4. Storage duration

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies and legal retention periods (e.g. from tax law) or our overriding legitimate interests or those of a third party do not conflict with the deletion. Rights for affected persons

Affected persons are entitled to the following rights within the framework of the legal requirements:

If personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO, users have the right to object, insofar as there are reasons for this that arise from the specific situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO).

In addition, users have the right to revoke their data protection consent at any time. It should be noted that even in the event of revocation, the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation remains lawful.
